1. Who we are

Hoarders Cleaners (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides specialist hoarding, biohazard and estate clearance services across London. Our registered correspondence address is 40 Fearnley Crescent, Hampton TW12 3YS, United Kingdom. You can reach us on 0794 455 7700 or info@hoarders-cleaners.com.

We are the data controller for personal information you provide via this website, by phone, by email or on site.

2. What we collect

  • Contact details: name, phone number, email address, postcode or property address.
  • Enquiry content: the message and any photographs you choose to send.
  • Job records: quotes, invoices, waste-transfer notes and site notes.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and basic analytics for site performance.

We do not knowingly collect special-category data. If your enquiry references health or bereavement, we treat it with strict confidentiality and only use it to respond to you.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to enquiries and provide quotes.
  • To plan, deliver and invoice for work you have instructed.
  • To meet legal duties (waste-carrier records, tax, health & safety).
  • To improve our website and services.

Our lawful bases are your consent (initial enquiry), performance of a contract (delivering the job), legal obligation (waste and accounting records) and legitimate interest (running our business and improving the site).

4. Sharing and processors

We do not sell your data. We share limited information only with:

  • Licensed waste transfer stations and recycling partners (as required by the Environment Agency duty of care).
  • Payment, email and hosting providers acting as our processors.
  • HMRC, insurers, local authorities or the police where the law requires.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted within 12 months. Job records and waste-transfer notes are kept for a minimum of two years and up to six years for tax and duty-of-care compliance.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, port or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights email info@hoarders-cleaners.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

We use essential cookies to keep the site working and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics cookies to measure how pages perform. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a new “last updated” date.
