1. 1 September 2026

   Copy-to-clipboard toasts and accessible contact cards

   Contact details can now be copied in one tap with on-screen confirmation, and every contact card is keyboard and screen-reader friendly.

   • Copying now shows an on-screen toast confirmation as well as an inline tick.

   Author profiles and E-E-A-T improvements

   Added a full author profile for Mariusz Baran, an authors hub, bylines across all content and richer structured data for search engines.

   Hoarders Directory and Glossary launched

   Two new reference sections: a searchable directory of clearance providers by city and category, and a plain-English glossary of clearance terms.

   Local area pages and improved navigation

   Added detailed local area guides for London boroughs and surrounding counties, plus a sticky header with multi-level dropdown menus.

   Launched the core content libraries: long-form guides, a 60-article knowledge base and detailed pages for every clearance service we offer.
