Every term below comes from a word-level analysis of the whole of hoarders-cleaners.com — services, guides, knowledge articles, location pages and the directory. Single words (unigrams) and two-word phrases (bigrams) are listed when they appear at least three times, with very close variants such as plurals and -ing forms merged into one count. How this glossary was built
All published text on the site was normalised to lower case and split into words. Single words and adjacent word pairs were counted, common stop words removed, and brand names, company names and clinical or diagnostic terminology excluded so the list stays generic and practical. Where two forms plainly mean the same thing — for example hoarder cleaning and hoarder cleanings, or mould and mould treatment — their counts were merged into a single row and the merged forms are shown under the term.
